Sterling (EMEA) Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office and complies fully with its obligations under the Data Protection Act 2018 and other relevant legislation pertaining to the correct gathering, safe handling, use, storage, retention, and disposal of personal information.

Criminal Records Management

Sterling also complies fully with the Codes of Practice regarding the safe handling, use, storage, retention, and disposal of Disclosure information provided under Part V of the Police Act 1997. Sterling has written policies on these matters, which are available on request.
