In the UK, Sterling can check whether there are any current or previously-held directorships, declared or undeclared, by the candidate which may constitute a conflict of interest for the employer. This search also checks against the Disqualified Directors list held by Companies House. In addition, based on the candidate’s address history in the last three years or more, Sterling can launch a Directorships search, or a best-practice equivalent, in almost any country in the world.
