2024 International Gig Screening & Identity Survey

Terms and conditions for the international gig screening and identity survey and aligned charitable contributions to UNICEF following survey completions, for Sterling (EMEA Ltd) located at Suite 6, Axis 2 Business Centre, Axis Court, Swansea, SA7 0AJ, UK (hereinafter “Sterling”). 

  1. Survey submission is free, and no purchase is necessary.
  2. The survey opens for submissions on Friday 3 May 2024 and closes on Friday 28 June 2024. Submissions received after this time may not be accepted and donations to UNICEF may not apply.
  3. For every completion of Sterling’s ‘international gig screening and identity survey’, Sterling will donate £10 (ten GBP) to UNICEF.
  4. The donation to UNICEF upon completion of the survey applies to participants aged 18 years or over, except employees of Sterling, or their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the survey and consequent donation to UNICEF .
  5. Sterling accepts no responsibility for survey submissions not completed due to any technical fault, including technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind or for any other reason, and does not take any responsibility for incomplete submissions, and any incomplete submissions may not be considered valid for the donation to UNICEF.
  6. The donation is supplied by Sterling and is up to a maximum total donation value of £1,000.00 (one thousand pounds GBP).
  7. Personal data supplied during the course of this survey will only be processed as set out in Sterling’s Privacy Notice available at: https://privacy.sterlingcheck.com.
  8. These terms and conditions of the survey and related charity donation to UNICEF will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  9. By completing and submitting the survey you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  10. Sterling reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, postpone, reschedule or amend the survey, and its terms, where it becomes necessary to do so.
