Since 2003, PBSA has made large strides in providing a voice on behalf of screening professionals and helped to ensure that there is a level of ethics and performance standards to govern the background screening industry. I am a big believer in the values and vision of PBSA and I am excited to offer a perspective from the Asia-Pacific region to the Board and the organisation.

PBSA was founded as a non-profit trade association in 2003. It was established to represent the interest of companies offering employment and tenant background screening services. Another equally important goal was to establish and promote a high level of ethics and performance standards for the screening industry.
