Sterling Wins Three International Background Screening Awards

Sterling is pleased to announce that they were recently awarded “Best Background Screening Provider” as part of the 2016 HR Vendors of the Year Awards. Sterling received the Silver award for Singapore and Hong Kong and the Bronze Award for Malaysia.

Sterling began operating out of these offices earlier this year through their acquisition of RISQ Group, giving them a wider presence in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, including Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Mainland China. This acquisition was part of their multi-year strategy of domestic and global expansion, allowing them to add to their already significant operational capabilities around the world.

The HR Vendors of the Year Awards, organized by Human Resources Online and Evon Yew, the Regional Producer at Human Resources Magazine, is the largest event celebrating achievements by HR solutions providers in Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia. These awards are highly differentiated from other awards within the industry as the judging is done by human resource leaders within some of the regions’ biggest employers.

Sterling was judged on the follow four areas:
