Attendees will learn information on the latest human resources trends such as the candidate experience, tips for attracting the best talent, building a great employer brand, new technologies that will help the recruiting process and how to stay compliant with employment laws. There are seminars and masterclasses lead by HR experts, networking opportunities and an industry tradeshow.
Oran Kiazim and Simon Jenner of Sterling are presenting ”Overcoming the Complexity of Hiring Compliance for an Evolving Workforce” on Wednesday, February 22nd at 13:30 in Theater 2. The workforce in the UK is incredibly varied with contingent workers, an aging population and transient millennials, which creates a great deal of hiring compliance complexity. Oran and Simon’s presentation will cover the need-to-know areas of hiring compliance with regards to background screening obligations and best practices for the workforce of today.
